Can I Put My Membership On Hold, and How Can I Do So?
You may put your Platinum Jewish Introductions on hold at any time you want for as long as you want. Simply let your personal counsellor know when you want to put your membership on hold and it will be done.
Once your membership is on hold, no time will expire on your membership. You can resume receiving introductions on any date you choose.
Many of our customers choose to put their introductions on hold for a variety of reasons. For some, there are business or family matters to attend to. For others, there are lengthy travel plans (though we are happy to arrange introductions all over the world - Click Here to Learn More). And, of course, many put their introductions on hold because they have found someone promising and want the time to see where the new relationship is going.
Regardless of why, we encourage our clients to take advantage of this feature when they are inclined to do so.

For most of members, we provide introductions that live in their city or within reasonable driving distance. However, the choice is always yours.
Some members do not view distance as a significant problem and in these situations, we will widen the scope of our search. Platinum Jewish Introductions is happy to introduce you to someone in your city, your region, your country, or from anywhere on the globe, depending on your preference. For more information, talk to your personal matchmaking counsellor; she or he will advise you on the best way to proceed.
If you happen to be travelling for business or pleasure, let your matchmaking counsellor know ahead of time, and she or he will arrange introductions for you to meet at your destinations. This service is very popular with members who travel frequently and who enjoy using the opportunity to meet someone they might not have met back at home.

There are no right or wrong answers, of course, only a pleasant conversation by which you and your personal counsellor come to a starting point for your personalized introductions process, a process that will grow and change as much as you do through the months of your membership.
This self-evaluation takes roughly 60 minutes, and is done at a time convenient for you. Simply let Platinum Jewish Introductions know what time or times would work best for you when you become a member.
